This sale of the Drs. Joanne and Edward Dauer collection was offered by Spink Shreves in New York City. It was a small but powerful offering, comprised of many of the rarest and most valuable, primarily 19th century mint stamps of Canada and BNA. The prices were strong and resulted in 5 new records. Prices realized were converted at the rate of $1 U.S. = $1.12 Cdn.
